Deal-focused

Model vs portfolio avg

Compare before you offer

Model purchase, refurb and finance against holdings you already own — before solicitor or offer.

Inside the product

Portfolio overview, renewals calendar, performance charts, and property detail — buy-to-let first.

Portfolio insights

Includes property detail for demo assets like 115 Water Lane, York with live-style market context.

How it works

Up and running in three steps

1

Add your properties

Enter addresses, purchase and rent. Link mortgages and key dates so the portfolio reflects reality.

2

See performance and renewals

Yield, charts, needs-attention strip and renewals calendar surface what matters this month.

3

Compare your next deal

Model a prospect against holdings you already own before you instruct a solicitor or make an offer.

Common questions

Is Lattice for short-let or Airbnb hosts?

We are focused on traditional UK buy-to-let first (1 to 200 properties). Short-let operations are on the roadmap, not the current demo.

Does the public homepage show my real portfolio?

No. Marketing pages use generic copy only. Personal demo data appears after you open the BTL Portfolio module in the app.

What can I try in the demo today?

Portfolio list, property detail, performance charts, renewals calendar, needs-attention queue, and illustrative insights. Deal comparison is expanding in the prototype.

How is pricing structured?

Early access pricing is being shaped with pilot landlords. See the Pricing page or contact us for portfolio-size tiers.

Can I import from a spreadsheet?

CSV import is planned. For now, add properties manually in the demo or talk to us about a pilot onboarding.

See the BTL module, then tell us what landlords need next.

Buy-to-let is our focus. Maintenance, voids and the wider stack are on the roadmap. This demo shows where we are starting.
